User names and passwords
Following registration and authorised payment, SA will deliver your user name and password to you by e-mail. You must keep your user name and password confidential at all times. Any breach of these terms and conditions by anyone to whom you disclose your password will be treated as if the breach had been committed by you, and will not relieve you of your obligations under these terms and conditions. You must take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised disclosure of your user name and password and you must notify SA immediately if your password becomes known to any unauthorised user. You must notify SA of any changes to your registration details.

SA provide hyper-links from SA to web sites of third parties. We have no control over and are not responsible for, nor endorse, the content of linked web sites and accordingly make no warranty or representation as to their contents. You proceed to these web sites at your own risk.

SA makes no express or implied warranty as to:

    • Registration
    Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and e-mail address) and demographic information (like their postcode). We use customer contact information from the registration form to gain payment of our subscription fees. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the user if necessary. We will NEVER share your address and personal data with another company (other than the company providing our merchant services).
    Payment
    The prices of all subscription fees are clearly marked and are inclusive of VAT and duty (where applicable). Payment is to be made by credit or debit card and all credit and debit card information will be encrypted for security. Payments will automatically be processed to re-new your subscription to the web site, until you cancel your account.
    Cancellation
    You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will expire on the renewal date, whereupon you will be unable to gain access to the web site. No refunds are available, for whatever reason.
    Privacy
    Small pieces of data called cookies will be stored on your local machine by SA to assist SA in providing the web site. Cookies must be enabled to access the web site otherwise you will be unable to log in. Allowing a website to create a cookie does not give that or any other site access to the rest of your computer and only the site that created the cookie can read it.
    Suspension of access
    Each account is for a single user using a single machine at a time. SA logs all interaction with the web site. If your user account is used by more than one user then the account will be suspended for one day. This suspension will increase by one additional day for each further occurrence. If you use more than one machine you must always log off on one machine before logging in on another to avoid any possible suspension. Also, if you use SA in more than one browser window (on the same machine) always make sure it's the same browser make and version.
    General
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this web site. This web site is operated and controlled by SA from its offices in the United Kingdom. SA makes no representation that information or material contained on its web site is appropriate for use in other jurisdictions. Users who access the web site from other jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any local laws. You agree that SA may sub-contract the performance of any of its obligations or may assign these terms and conditions or any of its rights or obligations under them without notice. SA may delay enforcing its rights under these terms and conditions without losing them. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable this shall not affect the validity of any other provision. SA may amend, vary or supplement these terms and conditions at any time.
